STANDARD REQUIREMENTS

• Do not intentionally advertise to children! We do not support the exposure of adult material to anyone under age!
• You must supply us with your correct personal info. Without this personal information we have no way to contact you in case of any problems with your account.
• Once you've created a partner account please put it to use right away. Any accounts inactive for more than 14 days will be deleted.
• Any attempt to hack / manipulate / or deceive our tracking software will result in immediate termination and reporting of the incident with all of your personal info to the Computer Crimes Division of the FBI.
• Misleading statements in your advertising pages will result in termination and forfeiture of earnings. Ex. Telling the surfer it is a FREE TRIAL, Telling the surfer to signup and then cancel or coercing a click or signup in exchange for cash or product from one's site.
• It is allowed to have several accounts for one person/company
• You may use text, banner and blind links. Also you can create your own advertising, but it should not contain false information about our sites.
• Sites hosted by xoom.com, angelfire.com, aol.com, geocities.com or any other free web space provider (non-adult) are not permitted to join.
• All banners MUST be served from YOUR server.
• You get paid 85% of the Net Income. Net Income is defined as all sales, including first time members and all recurring billing for sign-ups, less all refunds, revokes and charge backs.We pay the commission of our credit card processor from our own incomes.
• We make payments ourselves every second week for your account's accumulated sales. You will be sent a check/wire tansfer only if your account has accrued the minimum payout amount (entered at registration moment). If the amount is less, it is carried over to the next payment period until your account has accrued the minimum payout amount.
• Cancelling the check costs 25$, this is our bank's requirement.
• The action of sending traffic from any URLs which contain and/or promote the following content, programs or linking practices is a violation of this agreement: child pornography, bestiality, warez, password selling or trading, spam e-mails.
• If a sponsorship account is created with false/misleading information, FATCLICKS reserves the right to terminate the account and withhold ALL accrued funds.
• FATCLICKS will not be held responsible for loss due to down times resulting from complications with your hosting equipment or technical errors.
• FATCLICKS reserves the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for ALL sign-ups accumulated up to that point in time, except in cases where it is determined that you have violated this agreement in anyway.
• FATCLICKS reserves the right to terminate your account if it is idle for more than five month. In such cases you will be notified in advance.
• FATCLICKS reserves the right to deny any prospective sponsor admittance into the program, based on the content of their website or for any other reason.
• FATCLICKS reserves the right to change the payout rate with a 3 day notice.
• NO SPAM (this includes email, newsgroup, ICQ or any other kind of spamming)
• FATCLICKS absolutely does not accept sites containing rape, beastiality or child porn.
• All funds to be settled are paid in U.S. currency.
• You must notify us before or upon termination of this agreement of any changes to your account's payment information.

BULK E-MAIL

• Bulk e-mail can only be sent to e-mail addresses that have specifically asked to be on a mailing list. There are many bulk emailers that advise you that their listings are made up of names that the surfer has applied to be on. An example of this is a mailing list from people who surf to a pay site, joined and the web site or the cc processor sold the e-mail address of that surfer. That is a unsolicited e-mail listing. It is not valid, no matter what the bulk mailer tells you.
• All mail must be sent through your own servers! N0 relaying!
• You may not attempt to make the emails appear to have been sent by HARRY'S BABES, FATCLICKS or it's owners!
• Do not use any e-mail addresses associated with HARRY'S BABES, FATCLICKS or any of our web sites as a reply-to address or any other header info for that matter!
• You must include an option for all recipients to submit remove requests.
• Prominently display an "Adult Material" notice.
• You may not send graphic adult material in the e-mail. Keep it clean!
• Absolutely NO forging headers!
• Must be 100% compliant with the new e-mail bill: SECTION 301, Paragraph (a)(2)(C) of s. 1618.

NEWS GROUP

• No cross posting ads!
• No repetitive posts!
• Do not intentionally aggravate anyone who responds to your posts.
• Do not include any e-mail addresses associated with HARRY'S BABES, FATCLICKS or any of our web sites!
• Do not attempt to manipulate your postings to make them appear as if they were posted by HARRY'S BABES, FATCLICKS or it's owners!
• Keep it legit! No one likes a news group abuser!
